How wonderful to know our fascinating brains can change, that we learn life long, That the joy of being involved with what engages us, that meditation, intention and our choices change the neural structure of our brains.

Always looking for how to be learn to step beyond around through the reflexive responses to old pains, internalized assumptions, cultural conditioning, I love learning to play with my brain to sharpen focus, anchor new patterns, reframe my visions, tell stories in my mind that make my nervous system happy and create what matters. This curiosity has lead me to learn many techniques and processes for change, integration and creating coherence in all of our being.

Although we have old patterns, habits, and assumptions, we can change our reflexive actions, our long held beliefs, old habits, and all other patterns we have tripped over all our life.

In our work together we will explore wonderful tools to transform beliefs, exercises to focus your intentions, bringing our bodies emotional, mental, physical, spiritual etheric bodies into congruency. Working from the assumption that all these behaviors have positive intentions and can grow and learn, we release old beliefs, reduce or eliminate allergies 

It is fascinating to explore a belief, to get it clearly articulated and then to explore how it supports and protects you and then update it so it supports and creates your new goals as well as it supported the previous ones.

Ecstatic Trance is a joyous exploration of realities, inner & outer. Much of our knowing is within what is known as the subconscious mind, the iceberg of our knowing, a small portion of which is accessible to us. Each of us has our own rich, nourishing world of visions, subconscious imagery, connection to the superconscious, the unconscious - the space from where the muses beckon, inner wisdom, spirit guides & angels.

A TRANCE

At a time in my life when I experienced a dark night of the  soul. I asked assistance from my sister’s godmother Felicitas Goodman in experiencing a trance with a dear friend & guide, the Tennessee Diviner, his expertise is ritual.

Preparing myself with fasting, smudging, clearing my heart & mind -

no anger, no fear, no grief, no lust, no envy...
