In this one day workshop, I will guide you through the experience of trance using Ecstatic Body Postures of our spiritual ancestors to stimulate a “waking dream” state.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC TRANCE?

Ecstatic Body Postures produce ultra-slow theta waves. With an accompaniment of audible beats at 200-210 per minute, it shus off the left side of the brain, thus allowing an ecstatic trance to occur. This experience enables participants to experience an intense joy felt after a trance & disentangle from stressful daily filters.
